The Summer Kitchen
The Summer Kitchen is set to take over the Flint Barns this summer. Experience Ottolenghi-style, seasonal lunches featuring freshly prepared salads followed by a meat, fish or veggie main and one of our summer desserts.
Dine in the Vines
Back by popular demand, we last hosted the exclusive and highly-coveted Dine in the Vines events in 2019. Fast forward a few years and we’re back with a three-part series between June-August.
Each event will take inspiration from the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from the land, sea and garden of the British Isles. This is not to be missed.
The Hut
The Hut is open seven days a week all year round and due to popular demand, we will extend the opening hours on every Friday and Saturday evening throughout June, July and August until 8.30pm.
We’ll also be hosting The Hut Sundowners on selected summer weekends. This will be a ticketed but relaxed event which includes a welcome cocktail, tapas and live DJ. The Hut will be open between 6.30-9.30pm so you can watch the sunset with a bottle of Sussex Sparkling.
The Flint Barns
During the summer months, dinner service from The Flint Barns Dining Room will be served in the marquee every Wednesday-Saturday evening. Visit the Flint Barns Dining Room page to get a taste for our classic menus.
