IMPORTANT INFORMATION & POLICIES
At Rathfinny, we welcome feedback from all those who interact with our Estate, including our customers, employees, suppliers, neighbours, and wider community.
If you have any concerns about our products, services, environmental impact, or the way we operate, we encourage you to raise them with us directly.

How we Handle Concerns
All concerns are taken seriously and reviewed by the relevant team or senior management. We will assess each concern and, where appropriate, investigate further by gathering information from those involved.
We aim to resolve concerns promptly and fairly. Where possible, we will communicate with the individual raising the concern throughout the process and confirm when the issue has been addressed. If a concern is not accepted as a formal grievance, we will explain this clearly.
Rathfinny is committed to ensuring that individuals who raise concerns are treated fairly and without negative consequences for doing so.
Winery processing Equipment: Grant funding was provided towards the purchase of a state of the art high-speed bottling, riddling, disgorging, labelling and packaging facility. It will generate growth and exports, create many new skilled rural jobs, ensure the viability of the winemaking facility already onsite and secure the jobs of over forty people currently working at the Rathfinny Wine Estate. It is part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
Rathfinny Wine Estate is committed to respecting all internationally recognised human rights.
We align with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the ILO core labour standards.
We promote fairness, safety, inclusion and ethical decision-making across our Estate.
