Immerse yourself in the beauty of harvest with a short break package. From £318 for two guests, we’ve curated an itinerary for you which includes a seasonal tour and tasting, autumnal three-course dinner in the Flint Barns Dining Room, overnight stay and farmhouse breakfast.

Harvest Dosage Tasting
Learn about the history of Rathfinny whilst gaining an insight into the decisions of a winemaker. For the harvest season only, our Dosage Tasting and Tour allows you to discover first-hand how the addition of sugar (i.e. the dosage) in sparkling wine changes the style and structure. Your experience includes a tasting of three Rathfinny Sussex Sparkling wines and one Cradle Valley still.
This is a great opportunity to learn about our winemaking philosophy and conduct a simple and fun winemaking experiment. Suitable for everyone 18 years plus.

Flint Barns
Evening meals are served Wednesday-Saturday, plus seasonal, wholesome Sunday lunches from Chef Paul and the team. Dogs welcome!
The Hut
Come and try our famous three cheese toastie with a glass of sparkling or hot drink. Walk-ins welcome. Open daily, 10am-5pm. Please note, there is no inside seating at The Hut.
Look out for Birds of Prey
We’ve taken an innovative and environmentally friendly step to protect our precious grapes by welcoming a team of trained falcons, hawks and even a Chilean blue eagle to patrol the skies above our Sussex Vineyard. Look out for these magnificent creatures when you enjoy a glass of sparkling at The Hut.
