Rathfinny Mini is crafted on our single-site estate in our recognisable winemaking style: traditional method, vintage, bottle fermented and aged on its lees, ensuring exceptional Sussex PDO quality. Each Mini encapsulates the estate’s terroir-driven style, shaped by South Downs chalk and coastal proximity.
Rathfinny Mini Cuvée 2023
Clean and poised in the glass, Mini Cuvée 2023 shows a soft golden hue with aromas of red apple skin and pink grapefruit. The palate is fresh and precise, with vibrant red fruit lifted by creamy stone-fruit notes, finishing long, clean and balanced.
Rathfinny Mini Rosé 2023
Pale pink in colour, Mini Rosé 2023 offers a fresh, expressive nose of peach and wild strawberry, followed by a creamy palate of mandarin and summer fruit. Refined and bright, it finishes with a lifted citrus note that speaks to its freshness and balance.
