Our cult Sunday lunches at the Flint Barns are given a summer outing as our chefs takeover the enclosed courtyard, cooking over coals on the Big Green Eggs. We’ll be serving Sussex Sparkling from the Rathfinny outdoor bar and chilled live jazz music will set the scene for a dreamy afternoon on the Vineyard.

Big Green Egg
We’ve long been fans of the EGG, using them at our seasonal dining events over the years. Made from NASA-grade ceramics, the EGG’s distinctive racing-green dome provides unrivalled heat retention, control and durability, and cooks restaurant-quality dishes using eight different modes: grilling, roasting, baking, low & slow, pan cooking, dirty cooking, smoking and rotisserie.
