Dine with us in our Flint Barns Dining Room for wholesome, comforting meals in a relaxed and informal setting. Open to the public for dinner, Wednesday to Saturday evenings, and breakfast daily for Flint Barns residents only.
Expect hearty, comforting and generous dishes prepared by our Estate Head Chef, Chris Bailey. Our Flint Barns also houses a comfy lounge and beautiful courtyard, perfect for a glass of Sussex Sparkling before or after your meal.
We offer two or three-course menus for dinners Wednesday to Saturday nights, priced at £32 for two course and £35 for three courses. Children’s menu also available.
It is important to us to ensure you feel safe whilst dining with us so we have been working hard to implement covid-19 safety standards within the restaurant.
A talented visionary, Chris trained at Westminster College and has worked in some of the top restaurants in London and Spain which culminated in being awarded a Michelin Star at The Black Rat in Winchester. Chris Bailey joined the Rathfinny team three years ago to open up the Tasting Room Restaurant and he now manages our dining experiences across the Estate. Inspired by produce and conversations with farmers and suppliers, he uses the seasons to guide his cooking, treating all ingredients with respect to keep the flavours clean and, most importantly, tasty.
