The Harvest Restaurant
Dine with us during the best time of the year to visit our Vineyard. The Harvest Marquee Restaurant at the Flint Barns welcomes you to enjoy cosy dining under canvas where we’ll be serving small plates during lunch every Tuesday to Sunday and two and three-course evening meals between Tuesday and Saturday. Expect the finest fish, game and vegetables of the season and a little bit of Chris Bailey’s culinary magic as usual.

The Dining Room at The Flint Barns serves seasonal, produce-led dishes in the relaxed atmosphere of our homely, renovated barn. Expect comforting and generous dishes prepared by our Executive Chef, Chris Bailey and his talented team. Our Flint Barns also houses a tranquil courtyard, perfect for a glass of Sussex Sparkling before or after your meal during summer time.

We offer a set menu and two or three-course menus for dinners Wednesday to Saturday nights and Sunday lunches. Children’s menu also available.
Please note, all menus are samples of what you can expect in our restaurants and are subject to change depending on the seasonality of produce and availability. We can cater for all dietary needs and allergies if we have advanced warning. Please leave a note during the booking process.
FLINT BARNS DINING ROOM RESERVATIONS
During the winter months, we serve an appetising Sunday lunch menu in our cosy dining room. These sumptuous lunches comprise of two or three-courses, using the best seasonal produce available. Highlights include, roast Longhorn beef, Middle White pork, roast cod and a sumptuous veggie Wellington. All served with roast potatoes, winter veg, fluffy Yorkshire puddings and Montgomery cauliflower cheese.

Unfortunately, our Flint Barns Dining Room does not offer views of the Vineyard. However, if you book lunch at The Summer Kitchen or a meal at the Harvest Marquee, you will be able to enjoy views of the beautiful surrounds.
We welcome children and babies of all ages to dine in the Flint Barns Dining Room. When you’re booking your table, please make sure all children in your group (even the babies) are included in your total number of guests. If you need a highchair or extra space for a pushchair, please let us know when you book, and we’ll take care of this for you. Younger guests are welcome as long as they participate in dining from our standard lunch menu. At the Flint Barns, children can enjoy smaller portions of the main menu or alternatively we have a small number of child friendly dishes from time-to-time.
As much as we love them, dogs are sadly not permitted inside our restaurants.
For all lunch bookings, we require guests to cancel their table at least 48 hours before the booking otherwise you will be charged £20 per head. You will also be charged for a no show.
