We’re delighted to welcome Joe Fox, Executive Head Chef for Firmdale Hotels in London, to the Flint Barns courtyard on Saturday 16th August for an unforgettable feasting lunch. Firmdale have championed Rathfinny on their wine lists from the start and we cannot wait to bring our chefs together to create a truly memorable experience.
Served family-style on long tables using Kit Kemp’s elegant Mythical Creatures crockery, enjoy canapés and a three-course meal paired with Rathfinny wines.

Joe Fox is the Executive Head Chef at Firmdale Hotels London, known for his seasonal, ingredient-led approach to modern British cooking. Inspired by his parents’ joy in the kitchen, Joe’s passion for food began early and was shaped by a love of family mealtimes, sustainable farming, and traditional techniques.
A former beekeeper and advocate for organic practices, Joe draws inspiration from the seasons, heritage cookbooks, and culinary travel. His menus celebrate low-impact ingredients sourced from local producers, brought to life through simple, elegant dishes with bold flavour and colour.
