Our Cradle Valley white still wines are light and crisp and are generally made from a blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc although we occasionally blend these grape varieties with our Chardonnay.
Cradle Valley Rosé Wine
Our Cradle Valley Rosé is made from Pinot Noir, carefully hand-harvested from our Sussex Estate. We whole-bunch press our grapes, producing a wine that is pristine coral to the eye.

The current vintage of our 2023 Pinot Noir Précoce is available in our Mixed Cradle Valley Case and single bottles can be purchased from our Cellar Door shop on the Estate.
