All Rathfinny Sussex Sparkling wines are vintages meaning all the grapes used to make a bottle of wine come from a single year. Brut in style, we pride ourselves in using very little added sugar due to the pristine quality of the natural fruits.

Our Indulgence Case is the perfect option if you’re hosting a dinner party and wish to pair a different wine with each course. Generally speaking, the Blanc de Blancs pairs perfectly with seafood dishes, whilst the Rosé lends itself to red berry-based desserts and the Classic Cuvée is a versatile food partner.
