3 x Classic Cuvée 2018

The Classic Cuvée 2018 is the third vintage of our classic Sussex Sparkling, made using the traditional method from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. This vintage has a buttermilk golden hue which leads to a nose of ginger-dusted white plums on cinnamon toast, a rich palate of white apricot and crème pâtissière with nuances of preserved Meyer lemon on the finish.

1 x Blanc de Blancs 2018

The 2018 Blanc de Blancs is a truly elegant wine, made from 100% Chardonnay and pairs to perfection with seafood dishes. A lime-gold beading delivers a vibrant nose of mock orange and lemon thyme, a complex palate of fresh kiwi and candied kumquat zest, with a grapefruit sherbet finish.

1 x Blanc de Noirs 2018

The 2018 Blanc de Noirs is the fourth vintage of our premium Pinot Noir/Pinot Meunier blend, produced from grapes grown and hand-harvested on our Estate. This delightfully fruity style matches beautifully with intensely umami-sweet flavours delivered by steamed barbecue pork buns, crispy duck with hoisin sauce or Japanese Nimono dishes.

The Rathfinny 2018 Rosé is the fourth vintage of our expressive Sussex Sparkling, with a red-fruit style that beautifully showcases the increased presence of Pinot Noir within the blend. 2018 Vintage

Often referred to as the vintage of the decade, 2018 was one of the warmest summers on record. A mini heatwave developed from April onwards, encouraging early flowering and the dry weather promoted good fruit set. New temperature records were set in July and August and despite heavy rain in early September, the weather during harvest in October was very favourable. During harvest we picked very clean fruit with an ideal balance of sugars and acidity for our Sussex sparkling wines.
