The Flint Barns
With the labour of family love and keen attention to design, our renovated Flint Barns has been transformed with understated sophistication, housing 10 en-suite bedrooms, a dining room, lounge and meetings space.
The Flint Barns is available to hire on an exclusive use basis for a private off-site meeting or event.
Price is £4,900 per night for a maximum of 26 guests. This includes bed and breakfast and access to all areas for meetings and hosting.
The Snug
The Snug is a flexible meeting and events space located in our Flint Barns and can be hired out as a meeting room or for an event between Wednesday to Friday.
Half day: 9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm – £395
Full day: 9am – 5.30pm – £595
What comes as standard: Tea & coffee | TV screen and/or flipcharts | Rathfinny notepads, pens and pencils | Member of staff on hand to assist.

The Tasting Room
Located within our award-winning Winery, with panoramic views of the Vineyard and South Downs, our Tasting Room venue is perfect for small and intimate meetings.
Rates: Full day hire for maximum 25 people, 8am to 6pm – £3,000.
What comes as standard: Tea & coffee | TV screen and/or flipcharts | Rathfinny notepads, pens and pencils | Member of staff on hand to assist.

Optional Extras for your Meeting
We’re keen to help customise your visit with a selection of added extras to create a truly memorable experience:
- Our chefs are happy to prepare a working breakfast and lunch offering a delicious menu showcasing locally-sourced seasonal ingredients.
- Book dinner in our Flint Barns Dining Room and/or lunch in our Tasting Room restaurant.
- Learn more about Rathfinny wines with a private talk and wine tasting or a tour and wine tasting (see below).
- Overnight stay at the Flint Barns (subject to availability).
Private Event Hire
If you are planning an intimate event such as a private dinner or drinks reception, perhaps for a birthday, wedding meal or anniversary, then our Tasting Room is available for your celebration.
Headed up by Executive Chef Chris Bailey in the kitchen and our front of house team, the Tasting Room is proudly featured in the Michelin Guide and houses a dining room seating 30 and long balcony bar.
Rates from £4,900 for private hire and available Wednesday to Sunday.

Talk & Tastings
To break up your private meeting or event, why not book a talk and tasting with one of our expert guides? This consists of an introduction to Rathfinny Wine Estate followed by a tasting of four of our Rathfinny Sussex wines.

Tours & Tastings
Depending on the time of year, our expert tour guides will take you on either a walk through the vines or guide you through our RIBA nominated Winery and Bottling buildings to learn the processes and care involved in making high quality wines, concluding with a tasting of our Sussex
Sparkling wines.
