For one night only, we are honoured to welcome Adam Smith, the Head Chef at Coworth Park’s Michelin-Starred restaurant, Woven by Adam Smith, to the Tasting Room.

In collaboration with Rathfinny Estate’s Executive Chef, Chris Bailey, these two culinary geniuses have crafted an exclusive evening tasting menu, with the option of a Sussex wine flight available on the night.




Cornish Crab- preserved radish, nashi pear, Thai green

Dorset Oyster- fig leaf, kohlrabi, dill

Comté– leek tartlet


Rathfinny focaccia, sourdough, Glastonbury butter


Cornish Turbot- maitake mushroom, salted grapes, salsify


Salt Aged Duck – crown prince squash, chou farci, pain d’épice, truffle jus


Beaufort- quince, walnut, fruitcake

Woven by Adam Smith at Coworth Park is a new culinary destination in the Berkshire Countryside. Adam Smith and his team achieved the restaurant’s first Michelin star to add to the glittering accolades of The Dorchester Collection. Adam’s classical culinary style is undeniably influenced by his time at The Ritz, followed by winning a Roux Scholarship and experience in famed restaurants in Paris and Yorkshire.
