We're honoured to introduce you to the Sussex Sparkling Rathfinny Mini in collaboration with Coworth Park.

The first of its kind to be made in the UK, our vintage 50cl Rathfinny Mini Cuvée promises to be a real collector’s item. We have produced just 800 limited edition bottles, individually numbered by hand. This sparkling is made in the Traditional Method from a blend of Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

Currently, this sparkling wine is not available anywhere else and is a brand new product in a format never produced before. Therefore, we would be grateful for any feedback you can share to help us introduce the world to the Rathfinny Mini!

About Rathfinny

Grower-producer, Rathfinny Estate is a family-owned house with B Corp certification. Rathfinny craft low-intervention, Traditional Method, vintage sparkling wines with PDO status that are a true expression of their single-Estate terroir in the South Downs of Sussex. Produced from hand-harvested grapes that are whole-bunch pressed and patiently matured on lees and in bottle to develop rich, autolytic notes, with a low dosage that emphasises the purity of the fruit.
