Executive Chef, Chris Bailey has gathered his favourite Sussex suppliers to host a produce market on the Vineyard. We use these products all year round in our restaurants and now it’s your chance to meet these talented makers to sample and purchase their goods.

Our special guest suppliers include Curing Rebels charcuterie, Redroaster coffee, fresh vegetables from Shrub, Spiced Sussex hot sauce and the Morel Expert specialising in wild mushrooms and wooden crockery. More to be announced shortly.

Market Day Specials

The Hut will be open between 10am-5pm, serving up specials for market day, including the BBQ chorizo roquette, piquillo, aioli baguettes and portobello mushroom, melted cheese and roquette baguettes, paired with Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs 2019 by the glass.

  • Location: The Tasting Room car park
  • Entry: Free entry. We would always encourage car sharing to reduce carbon emissions and ensure you can get a parking space.
  • Please bring your own bags and food containers to the market to save using new plastic. This helps us to REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE.
