In celebration of all things Sussex, we’ll be hosting a local produce market at our Estate on Saturday 17th June. Executive Chef, Chris Bailey has invited his favourite suppliers whose ingredients and products we use all year round in our restaurants and at The Hut. You’ll have the chance to meet the talented Sussex makers to sample and purchase their goods.
Our special guest suppliers include: freshly baked sweet treats from Sussex Bakehouse, Rebel Charcuterie based in Brighton, fruit & veg from Shrubb and Rymarque who create beautiful wooden crockery from morel and also source the most incredible mushrooms.

- Entry: Free entry. We would always encourage car sharing to reduce carbon emissions and ensure you can get a parking space.
- Please bring your own bags and food containers to the market to save using new plastic. This helps us to REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE.
Stay for Lunch
This event coincides with our first Dine in the Vines Event of the season where we will be serving a menu designed in celebration of a Sussex Farmers Feast. Meanwhile, The Summer Kitchen will also be open for al fresco lunches at the Flint Barns. Please check our dining availability to pre-book if you wish to stay for lunch.
