Our new release signature Sussex Sparkling has spent 36 months in the bottle and is made from 81% Pinot Noir and 19% Pinot Meunier.

Traditional Method sparkling wine made from a blend of predominantly Pinot Noir with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, aged for a minimum of 36 months in the bottle.
