2019 Classic Cuvée
Our ‘house-style’ 2019 Classic Cuvée is made from a blend of 44% Pinot Noir, 41% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. A versatile food-matcher, this vintage pairs perfectly with roast chicken and meaty fish like hake and monkfish or eggs benedict and gravlax.
2019 Rosé
The 2019 Rosé is the latest release of our expressive Sussex Sparkling, made from 60% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Meunier. This Rosé is brut in style like all our sparkling wines.
