Cradle Valley Pinot Gris 2024 Close Up
2024

Pinot Gris

Lemon yellow in colour, with white peach and floral aromas. A rich palate of peach and pear leads to a lovely citrus finish. This wine would make a beautiful accompaniment to a dish of pan-seared chalk stream trout.

2023

Chardonnay

Our first still Chardonnay produced from the 2023 vintage expresses hints of oak on the nose, with light notes of pear, apple, vanilla and mango on the palate. A rich vein of citrus fruit prevails, followed by a long peach finish.

Rosé

A delicate pink colour disguises a rich, red fruit and light peach nose. The palate is all wild strawberries and white peaches with a pomegranate finish. Pair with a platter of Sussex charcuterie.
