As part of Big Green Egg’s 50th birthday celebrations, we’re honoured to be partnering with them on this one of kind experience at Goodwood Estate to host an exclusive weekend of classic cars, Sussex Sparkling and incredible food.
The Experience
A group of 20 guests will spend Saturday afternoon on a thrilling off-road drive in a fleet of 1960s Land Rovers, followed by a five-course alfresco dinner in the estate’s beautiful Valdoe woodland. Presented by Tom Booton, Head Chef of The Grill at The Dorchester perfectly paired with Rathfinny Sussex Sparkling wines. A ticket for two people includes all of the above, plus an overnight stay in the luxurious Hound Lodge, complete with afternoon tea, butler service and a traditional breakfast.

It is an honour to collaborate with Tom once again, having worked together on a wine dinner at his chef’s table at The Dorchester a couple years ago. An expert at cooking on the Big Green Egg, Tom will be at the heart of the action at the Goodwood dinner, overseeing the cooking and talking to guests about the produce and cooking techniques.
