Tour & Tasting Guide
We are currently hiring a Tour & Tasting Guide to join our Cellar Door team. This exciting role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the English Wine scene, enthusiastic about wine education and selling wine.
This is a part-time position worked on a rota basis, so that weekends, evenings, bank, and school holidays are included. 15-22 hours a week.

Estate Front of House Manager
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations and delivery of an exceptional hospitality experience for all guests visiting Rathfinny Wine Estate, by providing a consistent and high-quality standard of food, beverage and accommodation service. All staff are expected to be ambassadors of Rathfinny, imparting knowledge about the wider business operations and English Wine industry to guests.

Chief Viticulturist
We are looking for a Chief Viticultralist to join the heart of the Rathfinny Estate team, responsible for all vineyard operations, viticultural plans and managing a large team of committed and experienced staff.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years relevant experience in high-end viticulture, proven ability to manage a large and diverse team and extensive knowledge of sustainable farming practices and agribusiness management. Chefs
We are looking for chefs to join our hospitality team at the Rathfinny Wine Estate as we continue to expand the catering offer across the Estate.
We are looking for flexible, hard-working staff who have a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
We can offer training, a stunning work location, flexible hours (part time and full time), exposure to cooking in one of Sussex’s finest hospitality offerings using some of the best ingredients available and a very good level of service charge on top of the hourly rate.
Various positions you could be working in:
- Tasting Room fine dining restaurant
- Flint Barns restaurant
- High end alfresco dining offering

Front of House Team Members
We are looking for part-time Front of House Team members to join us at Rathfinny.
We are looking for part-time team members to join our growing team:
- Full product and coffee training provided
- 3-4 days a week available
- Applicants must be willing to work some weekends and Bank Holidays
- Own transport is essential due to the rural location of our Estate
