This sparkling Rosé is crafted on our Sussex estate to celebrate the small things in life, with an alluring pale pink hue and palate of wild strawberries, this is a true expression of the English summer. Tasting Note

Pale pink in colour, Mini Rosé 2023 offers a fresh, expressive nose of peach and wild strawberry, followed by a creamy palate of mandarin and summer fruit. Refined and bright, it finishes with a lifted citrus note that speaks to its freshness and balance. 

This versatile wine would pair as well with lobster bisque as it would with summer fruits.

2023 Vintage Notes

The 2023 growing season began with a cool spring and a slightly later budburst, followed by the hottest June on record in the UK. Variable summer conditions supported healthy vine development, while a warm spell in September allowed the fruit to ripen evenly ahead of the October harvest. The resulting wines combine freshness and balance with expressive fruit character.
