2019 Classic Cuvée
Our crowd-pleasing 'house-style’ 2019 Classic Cuvée is made from a blend of 44% Pinot Noir, 41% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier.
Our expressive Sussex Sparkling, made from 60% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Meunier. This Rosé is brut in style like all our sparkling wines.
Michelin trained chef, Michelle Trusselle concocts a rhubarb and ginger dessert with a Caribbean coconut twist that pairs beautifully with the vibrant red berry fruits delivered in our vintage Sussex Sparkling Rosé. Vegan friendly.
The Sussex House of Rathfinny is a family-run, grower-producer, specialising in traditional method, vintage sparkling wines with Sussex PDO status. Terroir-driven, our wines are crafted on our single-estate Vineyard in the South Downs of Sussex.
All our grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed before patiently maturing on lees and in bottle to develop rich, autolytic notes, with a low dosage that emphasises the purity of the fruit.
