Introducing our Cradle Valley Rosé 2024 from Rathfinny’s sister label. Our still wine collection showcases our commitment to exceptional quality, with each vintage crafted from hand-harvested grapes grown on the south-facing chalk slope of Cradle Valley.
Our Cradle Valley collection expresses the character of our family Estate in Sussex, made with methods that are kind to our land, people, community and wider environment.
Tasting Note
A delicate pink colour disguises a rich, red fruit and light peach nose. The palate is all wild strawberries and white peaches with a pomegranate finish.
Food Match
Pair with a platter of Sussex charcuterie. We’re also looking forward to pairing the 2024 Rosé with a dish of smoked Nutbourne tomatoes, tomato tartare, basil sorbet and tomato dashi at our BBQ Dine in the Vines event this summer.
About Cradle Valley
Rathfinny Estate is located in the South Downs National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty in Southern England. It occupies the main part of the Cradle Valley, on a south-facing slope close to the iconic Cuckmere Valley, just three miles from the sea and the famous Seven Sisters cliffs.
