Guest Chef Takeover at the Tasting Room

This May we are excited to be hosting our first guest chef takeover of the year, welcoming culinary genius, Yiannis Mexis to the Tasting Room on our Sussex Wine Estate.  

Drawing on his extensive experience in London’s Michelin kitchens, such as Elystan Street and The Ledbury, and now running the ground kitchen at Hide, Yiannis will present an innovative menu through his pop-up dining concept, Anemoia.  

‘Anemoia’ relates to a nostalgic feeling for something you never had. Mexis likes to play with this in his menus by interpreting the idea as a desire to fulfil the void with a new dining experience.

Event Details

  • Price: £39.50pp three-course lunch / £80pp evening tasting menu. Wine pairing menu available on the day with dinner only.
  • Dates: Friday 26th, Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th May.
  • Time: Lunch will be served from 12pm-2.45pm and dinner is from 6.30pm-8.15pm. Sunday lunch will be the last service of this event.
  • Location: The Tasting Room.
