More than 5,500 miles from Rathfinny, on Ecuador’s Pacific coast, Hacienda Limon Farm grows the rare Arriba Nacional cacao on its 250-acre site. Managed by a dedicated team of farmers, the farm uses organic, regenerative practices that yield cacao beans with rich, nutty flavors and caramel notes. Pump Street, a Suffolk-based chocolate maker, partners directly with Hacienda Limon, paying above Fair Trade rates to support a transparent, ethical supply chain and a fair livelihood for Ecuadorian farmers.
