Tasting Room Front of House Manager

We are hiring an Estate Front of House Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Tasting Room
restaurant and provide ad hoc support across the estate hospitality offering.

The key requirements of this role are to oversee the daily operations and delivery of an exceptional hospitality
experience for all guests visiting Rathfinny Wine Estate, by providing a consistent and high-quality standard of
food, beverage and accommodation service. All staff are expected to be ambassadors of Rathfinny, imparting
knowledge about the wider business operations and English Wine industry to guests. Good wine knowledge is
essential for this role.

Customer Experience Assistant Manager

We have an exciting position available for a Customer Experience Assistant Manager to join our Cellar Door team.

The right candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Cellar Door department, including the smooth delivery of outstanding Tour & Tastings, drop-in tastings, Cellar Door visits, voucher sales & e-commerce fulfilment.

Working alongside the Customer Experience Manager the successful applicant will also assist with the development of the Cellar Door team, staff training and attendance at meetings.

Harvest Winery Staff

We are now hiring Harvest Winery Staff for the 2024 vintage. This position involves the active participation in all the operations of the winemaking facilities at the Rathfinny Estate leading to the safe and successful production of wine under the direction of the winemaker and senior winemaking team.

The harvest period normally involves weekends, long hours and flexible start and finish times. Often the tasks being undertaken in this role can be time critical, so working patterns may need to be adjusted without notice to take into consideration weather, breakdowns, and other operational issues.

We are currently hiring a Tour & Tasting Guide to join our Cellar Door team. This exciting role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the English Wine scene, enthusiastic about wine education and selling wine.

This is a part-time position worked on a rota basis, so that weekends, evenings, bank, and school holidays are included. 15-22 hours a week.
