This April we are delighted to welcome Martin Carabott back to the Estate to host our first guest chef takeover weekend at the Tasting Room.
Martin is the Senior Sous Chef at Michelin starred Hide restaurant in London for Chef Ollie Dabbous. Having just returned from a three month stint at three Michelin starred Eleven Madison Park in New York, which was named Best Restaurant in the World in 2017 by the San Pellegrino ‘World’s 50 Best’. He is the 35th and current Roux Scholar, having previously reached the final in both 2017 and 2016.
Martin will be cooking his contemporary European food on Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch as well as Friday and Saturday evening dinners, 12th – 14th April.
Lunch is priced at £45 and dinner is £65 showcasing the best of British produce overlooking the vineyard. Please note drinks and service are not included in this price. We will take a £15 deposit at the time of booking which secures your reservation and is deducted from your final bill.
