You must be over 18 years of age to subscribe to the Rathfinny Reserved Wine Club. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and identification at any time, and to deny or cancel membership if any member or applicant does not meet these requirements.  

At present the Club is currently only available to customers with a shipping address within mainland UK.   

Rathfinny Reserved membership can be purchased from our online shop.

A single annual payment will be taken on the date that the membership is purchased. Once payment has been processed, members will receive a confirmation email, welcome letter and membership card in the post. If a confirmation email is not received,  please contact reserved@rathfinnyestate.com to confirm that we have received your membership request.

Rathfinny Wine Estate reserves the right to deny any membership application for any reason at the company’s discretion. Membership starts from the date of the confirmation email, after which these terms and conditions will apply for a twelve-month period.  

Members may update delivery and payment details at any time to allow wine to be delivered to an alternative address or paid for using a different payment method. Please contact reserved@rathfinnyestate.com and our membership team can assist.  

5.1. Rathfinny Reserved is an annual subscription plan valid for one year. Membership will be charged annually and is activated at the point of purchase.  

5.2. Club membership will automatically renew after a twelve-month period. If customers do not wish to renew their membership, notification of cancellation must be sent via email to reserved@rathfinnyestate.com one month before renewal is due. Members will be contacted prior to their renewal date to advise when their membership is due to expire. 

5.3. Members will be notified of any price changes to membership fees prior to renewal, including new vintage pricing.  

As a Rathfinny Reserved member, you will receive:   

6.1. Six bottles each of Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs. Delivered in two instalments per year of six bottles of Rathfinny Sussex Sparkling wine (3 x Blanc de Blancs, 3 x Blanc de Noirs). Rathfinny reserves the right to decide which vintages will be sent. Alternatively, members can choose to substitute magnums for either part or all of their annual allocation, subject to availability. Members must contact the Reserved team at the point of purchase to request changes to their shipments. Shipments will be sent in spring and autumn – dates will vary annually but will be communicated to members in advance. Members should allow 10 working days for delivery.    

6.2. Priority access to purchase library, rare, limited-edition and pre-release wines.  

6.3. Access to one to two annual members-only events. Members-only events and early access to other events will vary each year.    

6.4. Priority booking for events on our Sussex Estate, and with Rathfinny trade hotel and restaurant partners across the country.   

6.5. 10% off our Sussex Sparkling wines, plus Cradle Valley and Seven Sisters spirits, both online and at the Cellar Door. This discount will be applied upon presentation of a unique membership code. This discount applies to full price products only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions or special deals. This also excludes non-alcohol items.    

6.6. 10% off your food bill at the Flint Barns and The Hut. Please note that this excludes any beverages purchased. This discount does not apply to events, tours or accommodation and can only be used in the Flint Barns Dining Room & The Hut. For clarity this discount is not for third party parties. However, if the member is dining with third parties, up to 12 guests in total including the member, then the discount should be applied to the whole bill providing the eligible member is present.  

6.7. A complimentary bottle of Sussex Sparkling for the member’s birthday if this information is given upon joining.   

6.8. A complimentary private Tour & Tasting of the Rathfinny Estate for the member and up to five of their guests.

Please note that unused member benefits will expire at the end of the 12-month membership period. All benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

Rathfinny Wine Estate reserves the right to alter membership terms & conditions. It is members’ responsibility to review these periodically to ensure that they are familiar with any updates.
