The Seafood Kitchen celebrates our coastal heritage, sourcing the best ingredients fresh from the day boats.
Hosted in our Flint Barns Courtyard, dishes will be cooked to order by our Estate Chefs with the option to pair with our award-winning Sussex Sparkling Blanc de Blancs 2019 alongside the rest of our Sussex wines and cocktails from our Seven Sisters spirits range.

2019 Blanc de Blancs
Our 100% Chardonnay-based 2019 Blanc de Blancs is born in perfect synergy from the chalky soils of our coastal terroir. This vintage delivers a characteristic saline inflection which makes it the perfect sparkling to pair with seafood.

Yes, children are allowed to attend but they must be sat down with an adult at all times.
Please note, we do not permit external food or drink to be brought on site, even for children. All guests must order from our menus. We have added a child friendly option of day boat fish goujons and fries to this menu.
Your booking guarantees you a table for 2 hours, after which we kindly ask you to vacate the Courtyard. You’re welcome to continue enjoying your visit with refreshments at The Hut and shopping and pre-booked tours at the Cellar Door.
In the event of inclement weather, we will relocate into the enclosed Flint Barns Marquee.
We do not stipulate a dress code, although our visitors tend to opt for smart-casual attire. The English summer weather can be changeable so please dress accordingly. Due to the outdoor nature of the event, we recommend bringing an extra layer just in case.
