We’re thrilled to welcome the Orrery chefs to the Rathfinny Tasting Room for a special summer takeover on Saturday 22nd & 29th August 2026.
Under the culinary vision of Chef Pierre Minotti, classical French technique and a deep respect for seasonal British produce underscore Orrery’s enduring success in London’s Michelin dining scene.
Orrery will present a seven-course tasting menu which includes an aperitif of Rathfinny Classic Cuvée 2020. An optional Sussex wine flight will be available on the night.

About Orrery by Pierre Minotti
Orrery by Pierre Minotti offers an immersive fine dining journey in Marylebone, London. Beginning in the Salon du Vin wine room, guests experience a dialogue between Escoffier’s classical principles and British seasonal terroir through five-course or seven-course tasting menus.
Executive Chef Pierre Minotti sources directly from his personal network of farmers, fishermen and makers. The restaurant takes its name from mechanical models of the solar system, reflecting its vision of dining as a journey through space and time. Part of The Evolv Collection.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.
If you do not cancel your booking more than 72 hours in advance or more than 7 days in advance if you are a group of 8 or more, you will be charged a fee of £70 per person. Alternatively, we are happy to transfer the original booking into another name.
Any reductions in party size within 72 hours will be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.
If you fail to attend without notice you will be charged the total amount of the menu price per person. This no-show fee is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
