An iconic restaurant on the King’s Road in London, Bluebird is known for its stunning Chelsea restaurant, terrace and members club, serving seasonal, Modern British cuisine.

Experience a taste of Bluebird in Sussex at this one-off event with a seven-course tasting menu which includes an aperitif of Classic Cuvée 2020. Optional Sussex wine pairings will be available on the night.

Learn how we make world-class vintage Sussex Sparkling wines on our single-site estate, followed by a tutored tasting. We recommend booking the 15:00 tour followed by a 17:30 restaurant reservation for the Bluebird tasting menu. £34 per person.

The Hut

Our al fresco wine bar, The Hut, will be open during the day of the Bluebird takeover, serving Rathfinny Sussex Sparkling wines by the glass. Hot drinks, soft beverages and other wines from our portfolio will also be available. Open 10:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.

Cancellation policy

If you do not cancel your booking more than 72 hours in advance or more than 7 days in advance if you are a group of 8 or more, you will be charged a fee of £70 per person. Alternatively, we are happy to transfer the original booking into another name.

Changes to guest numbers

Any reductions in party size within 72 hours will be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.

No shows

If you fail to attend without notice you will be charged the total amount of the menu price per person. This no-show fee is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
