In celebration of English Wine Week, we’re doing what we do best here on the Sussex coast which is pairing our sparkling wines with fresh seafood.

In addition to our usual summer Hut food and drinks menu, we’ll be serving a seafood special from our al fresco bar:
- Smoked salmon parfait
- Rathfinny prawn cocktail
- Mackerel rillette
All served in Kilner jars with toasted garlic croutes. £8 a jar or £23 for all three jars. Try a jar and a glass of 2019 Blanc de Blancs for £22.

Why not make a day of it with a Tour & Wine Tasting? We have three slots available on Saturday 22nd June at 10.30am, 1pm & 3pm. Spaces fill quickly on Saturdays so please book in advance.
