The Flint Barns Bed & Breakfast
The Flint Barns are beautifully restored farm buildings that have been converted into our vineyard B&B. Rustic and homely, we have 10 en-suite bedrooms of varying sizes, each designed with their own character. Our restaurant with rooms is perfect for a vineyard getaway so we’ve created seasonal packages for you to make the most of your visit with dinner at the Flint Barns Dining Room and a Tour & Wine Tasting.

The Rathfinny Cottage
Rathfinny Cottage offers the ultimate vineyard getaway for friends and family and up to three dogs. After an evening of wine and games in your own private courtyard, wake up to vineyard views and enjoy all the home comforts and amenities you’re used to. Best of all, the Cottage is perfectly situated within walking distance of our restaurant so you don’t have to travel far for amazing food and wine.

Rathfinny Lodge
Rathfinny Lodge offers the perfect base for a group getaway, sleeping 10 guests and up to four dogs. This is a smart and contemporary property, perfect for entertaining with an open-plan dining and living space, large patio garden and five bedrooms. Best of all, Rathfinny Lodge boasts expansive views of the Cuckmere Valley from your doorstep.

Vineyard Dining Options
Staying on an English vineyard means you can enjoy the fabulous wine on offer without having to rush home at the end of the day. Enjoy the outstanding hospitality available across the Estate all year round including the cosy Flint Barns Dining Room, seasonal events and tours and tastings. Breakfast is served Thursday-Sunday mornings in the Flint Barns Dining Room and The Hut alfresco wine bar is open daily. Whilst quiet and remote, our dining experiences are within walking distance from each other.
B&B Wine Tours & Tastings
A trip to our award-winning vineyard wouldn’t be complete without an authentic tour and tasting with one of our expert guides. Discover the Rathfinny story and learn about our winemaking philosophy and viticulture processes. All tours conclude with a tutored tasting of our Sussex wines.
We also have a walking trail around the perimeter of the Estate, perfect for morning dog walks and post-supper wanders. Collect a map from the Cellar Door where you can also enjoy a complimentary tasting at the bar.
