William Sitwell’s Supper Club is hosting a fantastic celebration of Thai food, cooked by Khun Thongpean Phimkruea, Patara’s Head Chef at the Flint Barns on Thursday 18th July.
Patara’s chefs are trained in Thailand instilling the knowledge and respect for quality ingredients and the ability to seamlessly blend eastern and western techniques to create dishes of character and depth, dishes that appeal to a sophisticated European palette.
