SPICY PRAWN LINGUINE RECIPE

For date night inspiration, pair our 2019 Rosé with a spicy prawn linguine. Here’s our take on this delicious recipe to elevate at home.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 shallots, diced
2 clove garlic, crushed
A large pinch of chilli flakes
400g chopped cherry tomatoes
150g linguine
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped
150g raw peeled prawns
Rocket salad and lemon zest, to serve

Method:
1. Heat the tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan, add the shallots and fry for two minutes before adding the garlic and chilli flakes.

2. tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes until saucy.

3. Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until just tender, then drain.

4. Stir the parsley and the prawns into the tomato base, season well and cook until the prawns turn pink.

5. Add the cooked linguine, toss and serve.
