Beginning with a welcome drink of Rathfinny’s Classic Cuvée 2019, Executive Chef Joe Fox has crafted a four course menu that showcases seasonal native ingredients, paired with a selection of British drinks. The Menu

From Dorset crab and Thorogood Farm asparagus to independent cheeses rivalling well-known European counterparts, discover wonderful ingredients found on your doorstep. The menu will also highlight wild produce like nettles and sea kale, as well as high welfare local meat and fish dishes dressed tableside.
