Rathfinny is the proud Sussex Sparkling Wine Sponsor of Prept Collabs 2026, which pairs 10 of the UK’s leading chefs together across six culinary events to raise money for charity. All proceeds go to Prept. Foundation which teaches cookery skills to young people, inspiring them to live healthy lives. 

The next event on Tuesday 25th August promises to be a spectacular coming-together of the Michelin-starred culinary vision of Josh Angus, Chef Director at HIDE, and Martin Carabott, Roux Scholar winner and Executive Chef of Gravetye Manor.

The dinner will take place in the magnificent glass-fronted dining room at Gravetye Manor, a gorgeous Sussex countryside hotel. Expect a celebration of the finest contemporary gastronomy, featuring Rathfinny Classic Cuvée as the perfect aperitif to commence the night.

About Prept. Foundation

Prept. Foundation exists to introduce young people to the joys of cooking, setting them up for healthy lives. The charity organises school programmes to teach cookery skills, plus ‘Farm-to-Fork’ trips to Plumpton College which has a working farm and professional training kitchen.
