English Wine Week Food and Wine Pairing Tour

English Wine Week takes places every June, celebrating the burgeoning English Wine industry with a varied programme of events and experiences in bars, restaurants, wine merchants and independent vineyards and wineries all around the country.

At the Rathfinny Estate, we’ll be hosting a unique Food and Wine Pairing tour to celebrate English Wine Week and showcase the food-friendly nature of our wines.

You will be escorted into the vines by one of our experienced guides, where you will learn how a typical year of growing vines and wine production progresses. Among the highlights of this experience are a visit to our RIBA nominated Winery to learn the process and care involved in making high quality sparkling wines.

Food & Wine Pairing

The tour will conclude with a unique opportunity to taste our Sussex Sparkling wines which will be paired with a sample of local produce to showcase the finest that Sussex has to offer.

What’s included: An exclusive tour of the Vineyard (approx. 45 minutes) & Winery (approx. 30 minutes) followed by a Sussex Sparkling wine tasting with complimentary food pairings (approx. 30 minutes).

Please note children and dogs are not permitted on our Tour & Tasting experiences (except assistance dogs). All tours start at the Cellar Door.
