Rathfinny & Biac Wine Dinner
We are honoured to be invited back to Michel Roux Jr’s two Michelin Star Mayfair restaurant to collaborate on another fabulous wine dinner on 7th March 2023.
Join us alongside our friends from Southern Bordeaux, Biac, as we showcase a generous selection of wines from our respective portfolios to accompany your meal.
Our Rathfinny Sussex Sparkling wines will pair with the first half of your menu, beginning with canapés and the 2018 Rosé, followed by the 2018 Blanc de Blancs that pairs elegantly with the Tartare de Maigre, Anguille Fumée et Piment Rouge Stone Bass & Smoked Eel Tartare, Crispy Red Chilli & Citrus. Finally, the 2018 Blanc de Noirs accompanies the Ragoût de Langoustine et Homard, Beurre Blanc Lobster & Langoustine in a light Beurre Blanc Sauce.
