TIDE’s philosophy leans into seasonal simplicity and unrelenting quality, where Cornish day‑boat fish and kitchen‑garden herbs celebrate the best British produce from the land and sea.
Some of our favourite dishes include the baked and glazed oysters with Rathfinny Blanc de Blancs, native lobster paccheri with black truffle and aged parmesan with Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs and a ‘panzanella’ salad with Isle of Wight tomatoes and grilled prawns. Desserts such as Kentish strawberries with yuzu posset and a classic summer pudding with elderflower cream round out the menu.

On the wine list, you’ll find magnums of our Classic Cuvée 2018, Rosé 2018 and Blanc de Noirs 2018 available by the glass and bottle, plus our Blanc de Blancs 2017 Magnum which just won the Critics’ Choice and Gold Medal at the 2025 Sommelier Wine Awards.
