Executive Chef, Chris Bailey has gathered his favourite Sussex suppliers to host a produce market on the Vineyard. We use these products all year round in our restaurants and now it’s your chance to meet these talented makers to sample and purchase their goods.

The Hut will be serving market day specials including BBQ chorizo roquette, piquillo, aioli baguettes and veggie-friendly portobello mushroom, melted cheese roquette baguettes, paired with Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs Magnums poured by the glass.

- Entry: Free entry. We would always encourage car sharing to reduce carbon emissions and ensure you can get a parking space.
- Please bring your own bags and food containers to the market to save using new plastic. This helps us to REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE.
