Discover The Terrace Menu

Whilst one can never go wrong with any dish on The Terrace menu, we have a few perfect pairings with our Sussex Sparkling wines.

Try the roasted scallops with our 2019 Rosé or the lobster and crab roll makes the perfect pairing with our 2019 Blanc de Blancs. For meat-lovers, we recommend the corn-fed chicken with our 2019 Classic Cuvée or the 2019 Blanc de Noirs with their popular parma ham flat bread. Finally, for Wimbledon season, it has to be the English strawberries with our 2019 Rosé.
