Rathfinny Pop-up at The Refuel Terrace

We are delighted to announce our latest pop-up at The Soho Hotel’s Refuel Terrace dining escape. Between 20th July- late August, we’re bringing Sussex to Soho, serving our Sussex Sparkling wines alongside a bespoke menu of refreshing cocktails, inspired by our Seven Sisters spirits. Drop-by for drinks perfectly paired with a summery selection of small plates, featuring the best produce of the season.

Tickets are £12 and include a complimentary drink, a guaranteed table on The Refuel Terrace and exclusive access to a specially created cocktail list with drinks ranging from £9-£12.

Please note, the special Rathfinny food and wine menu is only available Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

Rathfinny Masterclass

During the pop-up, we’ll be hosting a couple of masterclasses with Rathfinny Owner’s, Mark and Sarah Driver. During the evening you will enjoy a tutored tasting of Rathfinny’s Sussex Sparkling wines, perfectly paired with a four-course dinner from The Refuel Restaurant.

Tickets are £85 and include a welcome cocktail at 6.30pm, followed by a four-course dinner at 7.15pm with Rathfinny pairings, coffee and petit fours.
