Rathfinny is the proud Sussex Sparkling Wine Sponsor of Prept Collabs 2026, which pairs 10 of the UK’s leading chefs together across six culinary events to raise money for charity. All proceeds go to Prept Foundation which teaches cookery skills to young people. 

The next event on Sunday 19th April promises to be a spectacular coming-together of the Michelin-starred culinary visions of  Adam Smith, Head Chef at Coworth Park and Spencer Metzger, Executive Chef at Row on 5.

The dinner will take place in Woven by Adam Smith, located in the gorgeous setting of The Dorchester’s Coworth Park. Expect a celebration of the finest contemporary British gastronomy, featuring Rathfinny pairings throughout.

About Prept Foundation

Prept Foundation exists to introduce young people to the joys of cooking, setting them up for healthy lives. The charity organises school programmes to teach cookery skills, plus ‘Farm-to-Fork’ trips to Plumpton College which has a working farm and professional training kitchen.
