Hosted by Rathfinny Owners, Mark and Sarah Driver, you will taste your way through seven Sussex Sparkling vintages throughout your dinner in one of London’s most coveted restaurants. From an incredibly rare taste of our 2015 Blanc de Noirs – the first vintage of this cuvée from our estate – to an exclusive preview of our 50cl 2020 Rathfinny Mini Cuvée, we have some surprises in store.
