We’re excited to be partnering with Heritage Trails to host an exciting 5k and 10k challenge on the Rathfinny Wine Estate. Run or walk a beautiful route through our single-site vineyard, stopping to enjoy four samples of our sparkling wine along the way. After your achievement, join friends and family for an afternoon of delicious food, live music and Sussex sparkling wine.
Experience Overview
Immerse yourself in a one‑of‑a‑kind summer experience at the picturesque Rathfinny Wine Estate. The Sparkling Run invites you to enjoy a leisurely 10km trail run or walk (5k option also available) through our breath-taking Estate in the South Downs. As you make your way around the route, you’ll pause to savour four tastings of our Sussex sparkling wines, crafted from estate-grown fruit.
After crossing the finish line, the celebration continues with a summer celebration for all runners and spectator ticket holders, including live music, a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and food provided by Crocus Paella. It’s a relaxed, social atmosphere—perfect for sharing with friends and family, who are warmly welcomed to cheer you on and enjoy the festivities.
Please be aware, the route will be mainly on grass and can be challenging in place, but the beautiful scenery and wines make it worth the while! As a sustainable B Corp wine estate, we encourage car sharing and public transport where possible.
