We’re proud to shine a light on Origin Kensington, a new restaurant in the Royal Garden Hotel that is currently serving our portfolio of Sussex Sparkling wines. The restaurant and bar are situated in a bright and comfortable space on the ground floor of the hotel with excellent views overlooking the natural beauty of Kensington Gardens.
Much like Rathfinny, Origin Kensington’s ethos revolves around quality without compromise, serving a menu which exclusively features locally sourced ingredients and changes with every season.
Each dish has been created with only the best British seasonal produce, under the guidance of experience and acclaimed Executive Chef John Serhal. The team believe that dishes should be inspired by the produce used to make them, which is why they partner with some of the finest suppliers this country has to offer, such as the Ethical Butcher.
Alongside the a-la carte dinner menu, Origin serves a set-lunch menu and a Sunday roast lunch from 12-15:30. On the first weekend of every month guests can enjoy oysters, (£2.50 for single piece, £12.50 half a dozen or £24.00 one dozen), perfectly matched with a glass of Rathfinny Blanc de Blancs.
