Production Operator

We’re looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join the winemaking team at Rathfinny Wine Estate.

Based in our Estate production facility, you’ll play a hands-on role in producing our world-class Sussex Sparkling wines. From bottling and labelling to stock control and quality checks, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team committed to excellence, sustainability and attention to detail.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, production-focused work and is keen to grow their skills within the wine industry.

Front of House Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Front of House Manager to join our hospitality team at Rathfinny Wine Estate.

Based in our Flint Barns Bed and Breakfast Accommodation and Dining Room Restaurant, key requirements are to oversee the daily operations and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. This includes maintaining consistency and high standards. The winning candidate will be a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a keen attention to detail. All team members are also expected to be ambassadors for Rathfinny, sharing insights into our wider business operations and the English Wine industry with our guests.

We are looking for part-time team members to join our growing team:

  • Full product and coffee training provided
  • 3-4 days a week available
  • Applicants must be willing to work some weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Own transport is essential due to the rural location of our Estate

Maternity Cover

Head Housekeeper

We are looking for an organised individual with high standards to head up our Rathfinny housekeeping team for a 12 month contract.

You will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping programme across Rathfinny Wine Estate including our Flint Barns and the Rathfinny Cottage self-catering accommodation.

This is a 12-month temporary position of 32.5 hours per week worked on a rota basis to cover maternity leave. However, shifts will be regularly the same where possible for continuity.
