Cellarhand

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Cellarhand to play a hands-on role in all aspects of winemaking and winery production at Rathfinny Wine Estate.

Working closely with our Winemaker and senior production team, you’ll be actively involved in the safe, efficient and high-quality production of our acclaimed Rathfinny Estate Sussex Sparkling wines, as well as our Cradle Valley still wines.

The role covers the full scope of winery and production operations, including harvest activities, fermentation management, bottling, disgorging, riddling, lab work and maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation throughout the winery.

This is a physically demanding, practical role that requires previous cellar experience, a flexible approach to working hours, particularly during harvest, and a strong commitment to quality, safety and teamwork.

Tour & Tasting Guide

We’re looking for an engaging and knowledgeable Tour & Tasting Guide to join the Cellar Door team at Rathfinny Wine Estate.

As one of the welcoming faces of the estate, you’ll lead visitors through memorable vineyard and winery tours, host informative and enjoyable tastings, and share the story behind our award-winning Sussex Sparkling wines. Alongside delivering exceptional guest experiences, you’ll support wine and retail sales in the Cellar Door, fulfil online orders and help ensure every visitor leaves with a lasting positive impression of Rathfinny.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident individual with a passion for wine, hospitality and storytelling. We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Chef to join the hospitality team at Rathfinny Wine Estate.

Working across our food and beverage offering, you’ll support the senior culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences that celebrate seasonal, locally sourced produce and pair beautifully with our award-winning Sussex Sparkling wines.

From breakfast and deli lunches to dinner and Sunday service, you’ll play an important role in producing dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-driven chef who thrives in a collaborative kitchen and wants to be part of Rathfinny’s evolving culinary journey.
