We’re looking for dedicated Winery Production Assistants to play a hands-on role in all aspects of winemaking at the Estate during harvest in October 2025.
Working closely with our Winemaker and senior team, you’ll be involved in the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our acclaimed Rathfinny Estate sparkling wines, as well as Cradle Valley still wines.

Front of House Assistant Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Assistant Manager to join our Tasting Room restaurant at Rathfinny Wine Estate.
Supporting the Front of House Manager, you will help maintain exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include stock control, payment handling, assisting with service and private events, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Prior service experience is essential, and wine knowledge is beneficial (training provided). Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, and own transport is essential.

Vineyard Alfresco Bar Supervisor
We have an exciting position available for a supervisor of our outdoor dining area known as The Hut. As the supervisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our alfresco wine bar.
Working alongside the Executive Chef, the successful applicant will also assist with the development of the dining area and maintaining the high standards of service that visitors to Rathfinny expect.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a good work ethic, high standards and, importantly, a strong attention to detail.

Head Housekeeper
We are looking for an organised individual with high standards to head up our Rathfinny housekeeping team for a 12 month contract.
You will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping programme across Rathfinny Wine Estate including our Flint Barns and the Rathfinny Cottage self-catering accommodation.
This is a 12-month temporary position of 32.5 hours per week worked on a rota basis to cover maternity leave. However, shifts will be regularly the same where possible for continuity. Estate Housekeeper
We are looking for friendly individuals who are efficient, hands-on and have high standards of cleaning and hygiene to join our housekeeping team.
Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage though not essential as full training given. The successful candidate will need their own transport due to our rural location.
Minimum 18 hours per week with extra hours available to cover sickness and holiday.

We are looking for part-time team members to join our growing team:
- Full product and coffee training provided
- 3-4 days a week available
- Applicants must be willing to work some weekends and Bank Holidays
