Rebel Charcuterie
A multi award-winning British charcuterie producer based in Sussex, Rebel is a creative collective with a focus on all things cured and fermented. High welfare principles are at the core of the operation with a focus on well sourced ingredients from small, independent, owner-operated suppliers.
Curing and fermenting without boundaries is a big part of Rebels ethos without detracting from the quality of ingredients they use. Rebel charcuterie products are hand crafted from pigs free roaming and free range at the foot of the South downs.
Neal's Yard
Neal’s Yard Dairy has been curating and selling the finest British and Irish cheeses for more than 40 years. From humble beginnings in a quiet corner of Covent Garden – known as Neal’s Yard – the shop built fame as a foodie destination and earned a good reputation among the the British cheesemaking community.
Fast-forward to the present day and Neal’s Yard work closely with more than 40 cheesemakers across the British Isles, showcasing a variety of artisan, farmhouse cheeses from different counties that are matured to perfection.
