The barns have been lovingly restored with contemporary furnishings to house 10 en-suite bedrooms, offering beautifully appointed “home away from home” accommodation.
Please note, we only accept group booking for a maximum of 12 guests in six rooms.
TIME TO RELAX
The Flint Barns is a restaurant with room. The ground floor Dining Room offers a welcoming restaurant and separate cosy lounge and snug, fitted with fireplaces. Outside, you can relax and enjoy a glass of Sussex Sparkling in our enclosed courtyard or atop of our open bank which overlooks the Vineyard. Elsewhere on our Estate we have an alfresco wine bar, The Hut, and Michelin-recommended Tasting Room restaurant.
Authentic Vineyard Accommodation
We originally developed the Flint Barns to provide accommodation to grape pickers during the harvest season. Over time, interest in Sussex winemaking grew and today the Flint Barns welcomes guests all year round but still retains its rustic charm.
Sussex Vineyard Stay
Simple, yet comfy, all of our bedrooms have been curated with luxurious mattresses, soft bed linen, local art prints and indulgent body washes to ensure you have a peaceful night's sleep and a relaxing stay.
