Join us for our November pop up restaurant in association with Billingsgate Market Seafood School. Taking place in the Tasting Room situated in the heart of the Estate.
Sean Wood will be the head chef for the weekend. Sean has worked in upmarket restaurants in London and Paris and cooks unique and distinctively flavoured dishes with seasonal ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The menu will be focussed entirely on seasonal seafood, caught in Hastings, East Sussex.
Billingsgate Seafood Market itself began in 1327 in London and is no doubt the centre of seafood for the country and is the UK’s largest inland fish market. We are extremely honoured to be working with Billingsgate to produce a weekend of dining experiences centred around the freshest seafood caught locally and paired with our still wine, Cradle Valley and other English wines.
The evening will commence at 7.30pm when you will be welcomed with a glass of English sparkling wine. You will then be guided through a five-course tasting menu each course with a wine pairing (should you choose to purchase a wine flight with your food ticket).
